Refund and Return Policy for Michelle Dups' Products

Your purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

PHOTOS WILL BE NEEDED AS PROOF.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Sale Items

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: dupsmichelle@gmail.com You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
